PLI was formed in 1988 by its principals, Dean Questi, Jeff Powell and Priscilla Terry, who are Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) and/or Certified Property Managers (CPM), with many years of experience in their fields. PLI, Inc manages about 500,000 square feet of commercial space and about 1500 multifamily units in Thurston, Mason and Lewis Counties.
