Areas of Practice:
Criminal Defense
of all types of cases including misdemeanor and major felony drug cases,
drug trafficking, cases involving unlawful search and seizure, violent
crimes, gun charges, theft, fraud, aggravated assault, sex crimes and
most other criminal charges. These cases are handled from the time of
arrest including matters concerning bond, preliminary hearings, pre-trial
hearings, trial and post-conviction issues. These post conviction matters
include direct appeals, habeas corpus, expungement, and parole and probation
concerns. In addition to criminal defense, the firm also handles
cases involving personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice.
